1. Opportunity Drawing (You’ll Want In On This One)

This is your chance to get a little extra spotlight, a full 30 seconds during your introduction, while giving back in a meaningful way.

Think of the Opportunity Drawing as bringing a hostess gift to a friend’s dinner party. Bring something thoughtful, beautiful, or useful that you’d be excited to receive, not something left over from a white elephant party.

Suggested value: $25 minimum

Great ideas include:

• A flower arrangement

• A bottle of wine or specialty beverages

• A gift certificate to a local boutique, coffee shop, or spa service

• A beautiful journal or seasonal home décor item

Discounts for your product or service do not qualify as Opportunity Drawing items. Please bring an actual gift; something that delights, inspires, or surprises.

And yes, your business name and what you donated will be read aloud again when the winning ticket is drawn, giving you extra exposure during the event. Please provide a printed note with your name, business and short description of your item to be attached at the luncheon.

Pro tip: This is often a business expense, and a meaningful way to show up for the community with style.

Simply bring your item to the meeting early, so there’s plenty of time for everyone to see (and get excited about) what you’ve contributed. Don’t show up late! By then, most of the tickets will already be in the drawing bags! 

2. Business Showcase Table

Want to put your business front and center and connect directly with fellow members and guests? Reserve a Business Showcase Table and create your own dedicated space during the networking portion of the luncheon.

Use your table to:

• Display products or promotional materials

• Offer samples, brochures, or sign-ups

• Talk about your products or services face-to-face

• Collect cards for your own table giveaway (optional)
