We are a member-based organization that empowers and supports female professionals and provides social engagement in a diverse and positive environment, as well as promoting philanthropy through service and charitable giving.

We hold monthly events on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 11:30am-2:00pm.

Giving Back

One thing most NCWIN members have in common is that they want to be a part of something BIGGER!!  Our philanthropic side is what attracted many members to join and participate actively in our networking group.

From that passion we have created multiple opportunities for members to help us raise money for meaningful causes in North County San Diego.

We have given back to the North County Community more than $250,000 to date!

Members and visitors have the opportunity to support the fundraising efforts at each luncheon as well as our annual silent auction event.
